The most expensive blah food on the planet has to come from generic airport restaurants. Hehe. Not outright awful, not quite as good as in the pictures… And I’d never stopped to think… It might be blah on purpose. They serve so many people from all over the world. Of all cultures. It could be almost comforting to find some blah food that’s not too spicey, not too greasy, not too salty, not too (___fill in the blank___). Maybe?

Pretty much, although newer airports are better with it and the older ones are starting to come around. I know the Tom Bradley Intl Terminal here in LA is getting some new tasty stuff.
