Every Sunday is a tiny New Year’s Eve for me. As the day winds down, I feel a surge of hope. (A slightly skeptic surge of hope, but hope nonetheless.)
This next week might just be the week when everthing goes right. The week when I kick distractions and procrastination to the curb forever. The week that marks the start of being able to maintain all the good habits resolutions I’ve had on my wishlist for years.
It could happen.
It hasn’t so far… but, it could. Hahaha!
I still enjoy feeling hope in whatever moments I can find it.
My good habits wishlist includes sleeping well and getting up early, eating healthy, exercising daily, writing and reading daily, doing a better job a keeping up with friends and family, keeping my studio/office organized, make an effort to improve my handwriting, practice guitar daily… and on and on.
Do you guy have a habits wishlist?
Happy New Week!
Malu

September 14, 2016 at 3:25 amI know the feeling. I have these sudden surges where I’m super productive, and then days like today where I just procrastinate and don’t seem to get anything done.
Such is life I guess. The most important part is that we keep try and working on it best we can.
