Ayyyyy, how difficult it can be to start. But, I have to. I have felt so unhealthy lately, mainly due to lack of exercise and eating crappy food.
I read something today that helped strengthen my resolve to change this.
“A person is not a brain driving a meat robot; it all runs together. If work is stymied, ask: are you eating clean? Getting enough sleep? Did your heart pump more than a sloth today? Start with your body, not your work methods. Trust me.”
It made me realize… I have felt off for months. Personally and professionally. And I’ve struggled to try to regain control of my life through work. Yet, I’ve seen no change.
Maybe the approach I need is what Frank suggests… Start with your body.
So, Wonder Woman clavicles, here I come.
PS: I once confessed on Twitch that my biggest gym/health goal is to have clavicles like the strong and beautiful Gal Gadot. Just in case this was confusing. Hehe!
